The Security Stop ships product Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our goal is to ship all in stock orders within two days after an order is received. Occasionally due to stock levels we cannot ship this quickly. If we cant ship your order within 1-2 business days after the order is received we will contact you by email or phone and inform you of the delay. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please allow 4-10 days for delivery depending on your location. If you require the equipment sooner please choose one of the other shipping options we offer such as UPS 3 Day, 2 Day or Over Night. Once your order ships you will receive a UPS tracking number by email. We do not ship to PO Boxes and currently only ship within the Continental United States. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

The Internet is a very powerful tool to search and compare vendors and as such provides unique opportunities to buy at very low prices. At The Security Stop we try to be very competitive with our prices while providing you with an excellent service. Because our margins are low, this severely limits our flexibility regarding our policies for returned merchandise and cancelled orders when compared to conventional stores.
The Security Stop guarantees that all products purchased on this web site will arrive at their destination in excellent condition. If you find that the item you purchased has a manufacturers defect or has been damaged in shipping, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price (less shipping) after you have returned the item to us. We only accept returns for damaged non-functioning merchandise.

to speak with our representatives. After your return is approved, we will email you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the item/s that you are returning to us.
The product/s being returned must be in the original undamaged packaging along with all paperwork
and must be in unused condition
All non-electrical returns are subject to our inspection and approval before a credit or replacement will be authorized. The customer may incur additional shipping charges on returned items.

No returns will be accepted after 5 days of receiving the product.
All product/s being return to us must be by pre-paid freight and is the responsibility of the customer. If the reason for the return is due to a shipping error on our part, we will be responsible for the freight charges.
We do not except returns on Safes. All safe sales are final.
No returns on special orders, cut material, fabricated or modified items.
